Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026 · SM Nabho Group, India

These terms are the agreement between you and SM Nabho Group (“we”, “us”) for the use of SMTagsMaker (the “Service”), available at https://tag.smnabhogroup.com. By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you are using it for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

1. What the Service does

SMTagsMaker turns a product spreadsheet into print-ready A4 tag sheets. You upload a file, choose or edit a tag design, and generate a PDF. The Service does not print, ship or deliver anything; you print the file yourself.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure.
  • One account is for one business. If several shops need separate bills, buy separate licences.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to attack the Service, to resell access, or to process data you have no right to use.

3. Free use and the lifetime licence

  • A free account may generate one PDF export.
  • The lifetime licence removes the export limit for that account. It is a one-time payment and does not renew.
  • A licence is personal to the account and business it was bought for. It is not a licence to resell the Service or to run it as your own product.

4. Payments and taxes

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion or international transaction fee.
  • Indian customers who need a GST invoice should email support@smnabhogroup.com with their GSTIN after purchase.
  • If a payment is reversed or disputed after access is granted, we may suspend the licence until it is resolved.

5. Your content

  • You keep ownership of your product data, logos and designs.
  • You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that content only to operate the Service for you — generating previews, PDFs and thumbnails.
  • You are responsible for having the right to use the data and images you upload.
  • You can export your designs at any time and ask us to delete your account.

6. Your responsibility for what is printed

The price on the tag is your responsibility. The Service prints whatever your sheet contains. You must make sure the prices, MRP declarations, net quantities, dates and statutory information on your tags comply with the law that applies to your shop — including the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules and any local requirements. We provide a printing tool, not legal or pricing advice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to upload malware, to attempt to break into other accounts, to scrape or overload the servers, to print unlawful or misleading prices, or to build a competing product from our code or design files.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, the six factory designs and the SMTagsMaker name belong to us. Designs you create by editing or duplicating them are yours to use in your business, including commercially, but not to resell as a template pack.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but it is provided “as is” without an uptime guarantee. We may change features, layouts or limits, and will give notice on this page for changes that materially reduce what a paid licence includes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, mispriced goods, wasted printing or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory Indian consumer law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms; if the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will give you a chance to fix it first.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring a consumer complaint in your own jurisdiction.
