Refund Policy
We would rather refund you than keep money for something that did not work. This policy explains when a refund is available for the $29.99 lifetime licence.
14-day refund
Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will process it, provided the Service could not do what our pricing page describes for your use case. Write to support@smnabhogroup.com from the email on the account, with a line about what went wrong.
What we cannot refund
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Accounts suspended for breaking the terms.
- Cases where the problem was a spreadsheet error, a printer setting or a paper-size mistake we helped you find (we will still help you fix it).
- Bank or conversion fees charged by your own bank — we never receive those.
How it is paid back
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not refund to a different card or account.
Before you buy
If you are unsure whether your sheet will work, use the free export first. It generates a real PDF with your real products — if the output is right, the lifetime licence will produce exactly the same file with no limit.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a chargeback. A dispute freezes the licence and costs more than the refund. We will almost always resolve it in a day.
